The first two articles share TN and VA technologies of LCD. Today, we will continue to give a part of the iPS technology of LCD display. Many terminal product promotion outlets adopt IPS display, and many end products, mobile devices and industrial equipment in the market adopt iPS technology. This also indicates that iPS technology has been highly recognized by the market. Now let's share the IPS of LCD display.
IPS (in plane switching) display mode is an in-plane conversion mode, that is, the liquid crystal molecules rotate in the plane parallel to the substrate.
The structure of IPS LCD is shown in the figure. The pixel electrode and the common electrode are designed on the same side to form a planar electric field. Because the liquid crystal molecules rotate in the plane, it only needs to overcome the viscous resistance, so its response speed is faster. Its working principle is basically the same as VA.
LCD display IPS is more easily captured by the user as "high screen hardness". LCD display IPS has become a household name for excellent panel technology, and the contribution of IPS hard screen to the user is indeed worthy of such recognition and purchase.
