At present, the interfaces of RGB and LVDS are commonly used in small and medium-sized industrial LCD screens. The LVDS interface of industrial LCD screens starts from 6.5 inches. LVDS line is the connecting line between LCD module and mainboard, which is the bridge between mainboard and screen. Due to the LCD interface socket model, line sequence is different, there are differences between the motherboard line sequence, interface, the length of the line is different, LVDS line often need to be customized. The customized LVDS cable is based on the interface of the industrial LCD screen selected by the customer to connect the line sequence of the screen end, and the other end is based on the customer's board end definition. The following is a graphic introduction of the LVDS cable used in the industrial display screen, including the LVDS interface socket, features, coding, etc.

3、 Definition description of 120Hz screen LVDS interface

Above, we introduce several LVDS wires with different resolutions. The LVDS interface circuit of digital board corresponding to 1080p high-definition Industrial LCD screen is standardized. We can consider replacing the LVDS cable to replace the LVDS socket and screens with different order in the high-definition screen substitution table;
If the LVDS interface circuit of the digital board corresponding to the non 1920x1080 display is not standardized, if the movement of the substitute screen is the same as that of the substituted screen, it can be considered to replace the LVDS socket and the screen with different order in the substitute list of the standard clear screen by changing the LVDS line; If the movement of the substitute screen is different from that of the substituted screen, these screens cannot be substituted by changing the LVDS line.
