We all know that the price of industrial LCD screen is relatively expensive. Similarly, all LCD screens are very fragile, and there are many sensitive electrical components inside. If the packaging is not correct, they are easy to be damaged during transportation.
1、 If it is an original industrial LCD packaging structure, including a packaging box, the inside of the packaging box is provided with a storage slot, the inner side of the storage slot is sliding connected with the organism, the inner bottom of the storage slot is provided with a bottom buffer strip, the inner lower end of the packaging box is connected with a bottom buffer slot, and the inner side of the bottom buffer slot is fixedly connected with a bottom spring, The upper end of the bottom spring is fixedly connected with the bottom buffer strip, the upper surface of the bottom buffer strip is close to the surface of the body, both ends of the inner side of the storage slot are provided with side buffer strips, both ends of the inner side of the packing box are connected with side buffer grooves, the inner side of the side buffer groove is fixedly connected with the side spring, and the other end of the side spring is fixedly connected with the side buffer strip, The other side of the side buffer strip is close to the surface of the machine body, both ends of the inner wall of the packing box are adhered with sponge pads, the other side of the sponge pad is close to the surface of the machine body, the lower end of the packing box is connected with a threaded groove, the inner side of the threaded groove is connected with a threaded rod, the lower surface of the threaded rod is fixedly sheathed with an anti detaching disc, and the middle position of the threaded rod is sliding sheathed with a shaft sleeve, The lower end of the shaft sleeve is close to the upper surface of the anti detachment disc, the outer side of the shaft sleeve is adhered with a rubber plate, and the other side of the rubber plate is close to the surface of the machine body,

Preferably, both sides of the upper end of the packing box are internally provided with a tension groove, the inner side of the tension groove is fixedly connected with a tension spring, the other end of the tension spring is fixedly connected with a gasket, both ends of the lower end of the box cover are fixedly connected with extrusion blocks, the surface of the clamp block is inserted into the inner side of the tension groove, and the lower end of the clamp block is close to the upper surface of the gasket. 2、 If there is no original packing box, how to pack the industrial LCD?
If there is no original packing box, the material to be selected is soft and does not damage the screen, the inflatable packing with plastic film structure is very suitable. In all the inflatable packaging, in order to adapt to the corner around the industrial display screen and provide buffer protection for a long time, it is recommended to use air column bags which can be made of various bags.
If only the four corners of the display screen need to be packed, it is recommended to make air column bag with straight corner protector; If you need to wrap the whole display screen, it is recommended to use two clip shaped air column bags
If there is a gap between the carton and the product, the gap can be filled with air bag or gourd film to fix the product. If the customer thinks that the buffer protection effect of cartons and air column bags is not enough, the cushion protection effect can be strengthened by adding air column gasket.
