The common interfaces of TFT Industrial LCD are LVDS, GRB, SPI and cup. Generally, 6.5-inch LCD is mostly GRB, SPI and cup. The signal interface of industrial LCD above 6.5-inch is LVDS. 1. DVI input: DVI interface is mainly used to connect with computer graphics card with digital display output function to display RGB signal of computer. DVI (Digital Visual Interface) digital display interface is a digital display interface standard developed by the digital display working group (ddwg) which was established in September 1998 in Intel Developer Forum.
The DVI digital terminal signal is better than the standard VGA terminal signal. The digital interface ensures that all the contents are transmitted in digital format, ensures the integrity of the data in the transmission process from the host to the monitor (no interference signal is introduced), and can get a clearer image.
2. VGA input: the VGA interface adopts asymmetric distribution of 15pin connection mode. Its working principle is that the image (frame) signal stored in digital format in the video memory is analog modulated into analog high frequency signal in RAMDAC, and then output to the projector for imaging, so that the VGA signal is at the input end (in the projector), It doesn't have to be converted by matrix decoding circuit like other video signals. From the previous video imaging principle, we can see that the video transmission process of VGA is the shortest, so the VGA interface has many advantages, such as no crosstalk, no circuit synthesis, separation loss and so on.
