Now the machine equipment of human-computer interaction is becoming more and more practical. Sometimes, some customers will feel that the touch LCD is broken when using it. So how to use the LCD correctly? What problems should be paid attention to in the process of use to reduce the damage rate?
Attention should be paid to the following when using touch LCD:
1. Touch LCD glass surface is the touch surface, that is, the front of the product.
2. The touch LCD display is made of glass with sharp edges. Please wear gloves / fingertips when assembling
3. The part of touch LCD is fragile glass. Do not exert strong impact on LCD during assembly.
4. Avoid taking the lead wire directly and touching the LCD to avoid pulling the lead wire.
5. Bending action cannot be carried out at the reinforcement plate of outgoing line.
6. No folding is allowed at any part of the outgoing line.
7. When assembling, the outgoing line must be inserted horizontally, not folded at the root of the reinforcing plate.
8. When taking and placing the products, it is necessary to operate in a single piece and handle them with care to avoid scratching the surface of the products due to collision between the products.
9. When cleaning the product surface, please use soft cloth (deerskin) dipped in petroleum ether to wipe.
10. Do not use corrosive organic solvent to wipe the surface of touch LCD film. Such as industrial alcohol.
11. Do not stack touch LCD screen, use tray.
12. In the assembly design and frame design, please pay attention to the following matters:
A. The pillar for fixing the frame of the touch LCD must be outside the visual area of the touch LCD.
B. The edge of the frame shall be outside the operation area of the touch LCD, and there shall be no pressure action from the visual area to the operation area.
C. It is suggested that the fixed touch screen material should be plastic, and the front part of the contact LCD should be padded with soft material.
D. Do not use corrosive glue to stick on the surface of touch LCD.
