1、Analysis of Adverse Causes
Defective module 1 #/2 # retested as a flower screen, with a large amount of residual pollution on the surface of the module,
as shown in the following figure:
Summary: The retest of the 2PCS defective module showed a flower screen, and a large amount of residual pollution was visible
on the surface of the module and FOG.
Further confirm the cause of the defect under OM:
Severe corrosion in the binding area
Summary: Under OM, it can be seen that the COG binding area is severely contaminated, resulting in corrosion of all lines and leading to screen defects。
2. Defective module 3 #/4 # customer complaint black screen, our company lights it up and retests it to display normally:
