The second solution is suitable for Industrial products whose motherboard and display screen are not very close,this product needs to transmit data from long -distance to the display. A reliable cable is necessary. Of course, this method will be more expensive. For products with vibration requirements, it will be more reliable.
FPC connection method: According to customer requirements, different shapes of FPC of different shapes, different lengths, different PIN definitions, and different PIN pitch to meet customers' needs for various structures and interfaces. In addition, the material of the electromagnetic shielding membrane can be used to make FPCs to achieve better EMI resistance. At the same time, we can through changing FPC circuit to increase some anti -interference circuits, filter circuits, optimize Layout and resistance matching to meet the different requirements of different application markets for electromagnetic tolerance, so that the product has more performance advantages.
Cable connection method: Customized cables of different lengths, different materials, and different connectors to meet customers' needs for various interfaces according to customer requirements. In addition, if there are requirements for signal processing, shielding layers, electromagnetic circles, ground lines, etc. can also be used to improve.
