The electrical design related to the PCB substrate is for EMI , and the electrical design of the backlight wire is for insulation withstand voltage .
1. EMI design of PCB substrate. EMI is the root of electrical interference, and adequate electrical countermeasures must be taken when designing signal processing boards. The main method is to cover the substrate with a metal shield, or use shielding strips to shield the influence of external electromagnetic interference on the substrate. In order to prevent the metal shield from loosening and forming contact resistance, it can be connected in multiple places with screws or contact pieces. In addition, connecting the ground on the signal substrate and the ground on the sheet metal can also reduce the electrical interference leakage to the outside. At the same time, conductive tape can also be used to strengthen the contact between the sheet metal component and the substrate.
2. The insulation withstand voltage design of the backlight source. LED backlight does not require high-voltage driving, while CCFL requires thousands of volts of high-voltage driving, so the insulation and withstand voltage design of the liquid crystal module is aimed at the structure of the CCFL backlight. Insulation withstand voltage design is to require that the structure must meet the standards of electrical insulation withstand voltage capability, as well as the requirements for space distance and insulation medium separation distance. Specifically, it is necessary to clarify the maximum voltage specification of the conductive wire of the lamp tube, pay attention to the maximum moving range of the high-voltage area and each insulating component, as well as the distance between the high-voltage area and the conductive component, and the distance between the transformer coil, the high-voltage terminal and the conductive component.
