  Nowadays capacitive touch screen has been widely used in industrial fields, and the touch technology is constantly updated. What are process structures of the current mainstream capacitive screen?

  

    One:G+F process structure

  G+F structure of the capacitive screen, the first layer is the surface toughened glass, and the 2nd layer is film material. That is, glass cover lens + OCA +Film Senser.

  The glass cover lens plays a role in protecting the screen and optimizing the surface texture, we generally use toughened glass with high strength, high hardness, and good light transmittance.

  OCA is a solid optical glue with good viscosity and high light transmittance, which is used for bonding of the glass cover lens and the film Senser.

  Film Senser of membrane material, is the signal function layer of capacitance screen, transmit touch signals to realize the touch function.

  G+F structure is suitable for LCD screens with size less than 3.5inch, and low cost solutions.


     Two:G+F+F process structure

  G+F+F structure of the capacitive screen, the first layer is also surface toughened glass, the difference is to add 2 layers of FILM material. The difference from the G+F structure is the addition of an extra layer of Film Senser. G+F+F can achieve multi-touch function, and the screen is thinner, the cost is higher than G+F.


  Three:G+G process structure

      G+G structure of the capacitive screen, namely GLASS+GLASS, the first layer is the surface toughened glass, and then a layer of glass material Senser. The biggest difference from G+F structure is the use of glass Senser. The features of G+G capacitive screen: hard and wear resistance, corrosion resistance, high light transmittance, smooth handling, good reliability. The cover lens is made of toughened glass, and its surface is very hard, the hardness can reach more than 8 hours, and the prevention of scratches is excellent.


  Four:G+P process structure

  G+P structure of the capacitive screen, the first layer is surface toughened glass, plus a layer of PC material with touch function. The features of G+P capacitive touch screen: low cost, simple process. Disadvantages: no wear resistance, no corrosion resistance, poor light transmittance, slow control, and poor reliability.
