The full lamination is to stick the panel and the outer glass (or touch panel) through glue. Because the middle is vacuum, it can avoid the refraction of light. Screen structure
If you want to understand the fit, you must first understand the structure of the screen. We can divide the screen into three parts from the top to the bottom, it is divided into cover glass, touch screen function pieces, and LCD screens. And these three parts need to be fitted. Generally speaking, it is necessary to fit twice. A fit is between the cover glass and the touch screen functional tablet, and the other fit is between the functional tablet and the TFT LCD. Fit can be divided into two types: full lamination and frame bonding.
Frame bonding:
Frame bonding, that is, simply fix the touch screen with the four sides of the display with double -sided glue. This is also the fit method adopted by most display screens. The advantage is that the process is simple and the cost is low. However, there is an air layer between the display screen and the touch screen. After the light refraction, the display effect is greatly reduced to become the biggest shortcoming of the box.
Full lamination:
The full fit is fully pasted together in a seamless way with liquid or optical glue. Compared with the frame bonding, it can provide better display effects.
The advantages of full lamination:
Full lamination cancels the air between the screen, which helps reduce the reflection between the display panel and the glass, which can make the screen look more transparent and enhance the display effect . At present, for some mobile phones are like iPhone, Xiaomi, Nexus7, and Ascend D1 quad -core, full lamination are wide applied.
Another advantage of the full lamination is that the screen will never be ashamed.The intensity will be improved because of the close combination with the panel. In addition, full lamination can effectively reduce the interference caused by the display panel noise on the touch signal.
Flat lamination will be irresistable, but the current challenge is that it is difficult to fit, and the larger the size, the more difficult it is to fit. The consumption and scrap of surface glass and panels caused by poor yields in the process of fit will inevitably cause costs to increase. Therefore, the control of good rates will become more important factor than material costs.
