The process flow of full bonding technology refers to the process of processing, assembling, inspecting, and other processes that raw materials are processed into finished products. The following is a process flow of full lamination technology, which is divided into six steps in total。
The main technological process of full lamination can be divided into several steps:
1. Preparation: Determine the raw materials to be used, including the base material and the lamination material. The base material can be metal sheet, plastic sheet, etc., and the lamination material can be glue, pressure-sensitive adhesive, etc. In addition, the raw materials need to be inspected to ensure their quality. This includes checking for surface defects, thickness, etc. Prepare the lamination equipment, including lamination machines, ovens, etc. Ensure that the equipment is in good condition.
2. Surface treatment: Perform surface treatment on the base material to increase the adhesion of the lamination. This can be achieved by chemical treatment, high-temperature treatment, sand blasting, corrosion, etc., thereby increasing the lamination area. For the lamination material, surface treatment is also required to improve its adhesiveness.
3. Lamination: Apply the lamination material evenly on the base material and ensure that the thickness of the lamination material is uniform. Then, place the lamination material and base material into a lamination machine for compaction lamination. The parameters of the lamination machine can be adjusted according to the requirements of the lamination material to ensure the lamination effect. During lamination, remove bubbles and poor lamination in a timely manner.
4. Curing: After lamination is complete, place the product into an oven for curing. The temperature and time of the oven should be adjusted according to the requirements of the lamination material to ensure that the lamination material is cured effectively.
5. Trimming: Trim the laminated product to remove excess lamination material. This can be achieved by cutting, sanding, etc., to make the product appearance neat and smooth.
6. Finished inspection: Perform a finished inspection to check whether the laminated product meets the requirements. This may include visual inspection, dimensional inspection, etc.
Finally packaging: Package the finished product to protect its integrity. Packaging materials such as paper boxes, plastic bags, and appropriate filling materials can be used. At the same time, label relevant information about the product, such as name, specifications, production date, etc., to ensure traceability and market recognition of the product.
