The Action Principle and Product Structure of Four Wire Resistance Touch Screen
A four wire resistive touch screen is a combination of two layers of materials with conductive (ITO) properties, commonly known as conductive thin film (ITO Film) and conductive glass (ITO Glass), separated by insulating Spacer Dots. After the circuit contacts with each other through the upper and lower layers, an analog voltage drop signal is generated, which is then output through the circuit and converted into a digital signal through the controller. Finally, the correct position of the touch is calculated by the computer. Four wire resistors place the X-axis and Y-axis on the film surface and glass surface respectively, and route the wires at both ends of the action zone. At the same time, a fixed voltage is set to create a uniform electric field, and the difference in voltage values detected through it is converted into accurate coordinate positions.
