TFT LCD screens may have warm and cool colors in different batches. What causes color deviation on TFT LCD screens? I believe many people have doubts.
Occasionally, customers may provide feedback on how LCD screens with different batch numbers light up, indicating that the effect may be slightly different? So, what is the cause of color deviation on TFT LCD screens?
1、 LED backlight batch number
The light source inside the LED backlight is each LED bead. The LED white light is composed of three primary colors: RGB, which send white light. The LED cannot be found. The white light wavelength in the X direction is 0.28~0.32, and in the Y direction is 0.27~0.31. What are the values of left and right deviation? LED reflects the emergence of electronic optics, and the description effect of LCD displays immediately undergoes slight changes, so the color of LED produced by different batch numbers will be slightly different;
2、 Polarizing film
Polarizing film is an optical thin film made of two layers of fiber material, which has the effect of causing polarization. According to its application position in liquid crystal display screens, it can be roughly divided into two types of surfaces and thin films. It has a specific polarizing layer, TAC layer, adhesive, separation film, protective film, and reflective film. Polarizing film will reflect different colors in different dimensions, indicating that the effect will also lead to differences.
Therefore, the rotation angle of polarizers produced in different batches and batches will directly affect the final result;
3、 Working voltage
Due to different batch numbers, the working voltage of the glass substrate may vary at the factory by ± 0.5V. During the production process, the output voltage will be adjusted as much as possible, but it is difficult to achieve complete consistency. Therefore, we usually recommend customers to add the effect of adjusting brightness contrast on the APP or hardware.
It is not difficult to see that different batches of LCD screens have different explanatory effects and are related in many aspects. TFT screen manufacturers will help customers consider this factor and strive to achieve the same batch color according to customer regulations.
