      Explosion proof LCD screen: the "eye of safety" in high-risk environments

      In the fields of petrochemicals, mining, aerospace, etc., extreme environments such as high temperature, high pressure, flammable and explosive gases pose severe challenges to the stability of electronic equipment. 1、 Explosion proof principle: from passive protection to active suppression 

      Explosion proof LCD screens are not simply reinforced with outer shells, but eliminate explosion risks through multiple technological means: intrinsic safety circuit design;

       Using low-power chips and current limiting resistors to ensure that the maximum operating current of the circuit is lower than the minimum ignition current of combustible gases (such as methane at 0.28mJ); Set up isolation barriers between key modules to block the arc transmission path.

       Pressure vessel type structural protection (Ex d standard)

The shell is made of cast aluminum/stainless steel material, and the joints are designed with serrated explosion-proof surfaces. When there is an internal explosion, the flame path is extended to achieve cooling;

The liquid crystal layer, touch layer, and protective glass are seamlessly bonded together using OCA optical adhesive, eliminating air layers to reduce light refraction interference and enhance impact resistance (able to withstand level 6 vibration testing).

The circuit board is covered with a copper foil shielding layer and certified according to the GB3836.4-2010 standard;

There is still no screen flickering phenomenon near strong interference sources such as frequency converters and high-voltage motors (testing shows that the anti-interference degree reaches 10V/m).

Misconception 2: "The thicker the shell, the safer it is"

Excessive thickening of the casing may affect heat dissipation, and it is necessary to optimize the structural

 strength and thermal balance through finite element analysis.
