Industrial HMI Displays for Automation and Machine Control

Compare industrial LCD panels for PLC operator terminals, machine controls and embedded HMIs. We support stock checks, replacement screening, specification confirmation and project RFQs without assuming that similarly sized panels are interchangeable.

Compatibility limits and selection risks

An LCD replacement is not approved by size and resolution alone. Confirm connector location, pin assignment, supply voltage, signal standard, timing, outline drawing, mounting points, backlight voltage/current, viewing direction and touch stack. For AT070TN94, request the latest manufacturer pin map because existing records may conflict. For AT056TN53 V.1, treat PC056TN53 V.1 only as a screening candidate—not a guaranteed drop-in replacement.

Applications and purchasing advice

Typical projects include PLC operator panels, packaging machinery, CNC controls, test instruments, medical and laboratory equipment, transportation terminals and energy systems. Send the current model label, controller information, photos of the connector and cable, target quantity and operating environment. This reduces compatibility risk and allows a useful stock, lead-time and alternative-model review.

Frequently asked questions

Can size and resolution confirm a replacement?

No. Interface, pinout, voltage, timing, mechanics, backlight and touch integration must also match.

Which interface is common in industrial HMIs?

RGB/TTL is common in compact embedded products, LVDS in many medium and larger panels, and eDP in newer high-resolution designs.

What should an RFQ include?

Include the exact model or target specification, interface, brightness, temperature range, touch requirement, annual quantity and lifecycle expectation.
